We're excited to share that the development at Nomad Bay Algarve is coming along beautifully! The kitchens are now being fitted, and glass barriers and security casings have been installed. The reception, bar, and restaurant areas are set to begin construction soon, adding to the growing list of fantastic amenities. Our two-bedroom condo with an ocean view is part of this vibrant and luxurious community, and we can't wait to welcome you to experience the serene beauty and modern comforts of Nomad Bay. Continuing from last month, construction is progressing well, with apartments now having completed waterproofing and terraces prepared for the next phase. HVAC systems are being installed to ensure ultimate comfort. While there's still plenty to accomplish, we're making great strides. APRIL
We have more exciting updates on the progress at Nomad Bay Algarve! Construction is advancing well, with significant work completed on facades, terraces, and interior installations like floor tiles and front doors. Work on the reception, bar, and restaurant areas is ongoing, with key installations planned soon. Many apartments are well advanced, while some outdoor areas are still catching up. We’re also thrilled to announce the upcoming reveal of our model unit, which will highlight the apartment finishes and the included furniture packages.
